EP&R will be holding a "Geocaching 101" class
ON TUESDAY JUNE 5....but what is Geocaching?
Geocaching is a "real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game"
in which players hunt down items hidden in everyday places outside,
given coordinates to locate them, and sharing your
experiences with other "cachers" online.

primer to baseball and softball
aimed at children 3 to 5 years old.

FIT MIX!!
Check out our brand-new cross-training fitness class!
Starts this Wednesday, October 5.
Based on the "muscle confusion" theory, "Fit Mix"
is a unique mix of Kickboxing, Tae Bo, Turbo Jams,
Zumba, Aerobic Dance, Hip-Hop and stretching.
The workout changes slightly each session,
preventing boredom and fitness plateaus.
All levels of fitness welcome.
Monday and Wednesday evenings
7:15pm - 8:15pm
$5 per class
$15 per month (one-night weekly)
