2020 EPRD General Guidelines for all
Youth Sports and Athletic Complex Conduct

Attention Please:

Masks are REQUIRED in all areas of this Community Center,
INCLUDING the Fitness Room and Gymnasium.

Failure to do so will result in possible revoking
of privileges and removal/banning from building.

Please refer to official LDC Health Dept. complaint
posted in the Community Center for more information.

"The exemption in previous health orders that allowed
people who were actively exercising to take off their masks
no longer exists in the current health orders.
All individuals must now wear masks inside a fitness center at all times."

Thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
Stay safe.

- EPRD Mgmt.
